This Privacy Policy explains how Haruki (the "App") handles user information. Please read this policy before using the App.
To provide journaling and backup features, the App handles the following information:
This information is stored on your own device and your own Google account only. It is never transmitted to or stored on servers operated by the App's developer or any other third party.
The App uses only the drive.file Google OAuth 2.0 scope to back up and restore your journal data.

This access is used solely to create, update, and restore your backup, and for no other purpose.
If you choose to enable Health Connect integration, the App imports health data such as step count and sleep duration into your journal entries. Regarding this integration:
The App does not share, sell, or disclose your journal entries or other collected information to any third party, except where required to do so by law.
Journal data is stored on your device and, if backup is enabled, in your Google Drive. Uninstalling the App removes the data stored on your device. Backup files in Google Drive can be deleted, and access can be revoked, at any time from Google Drive or your Google Account permissions settings.
